These terms govern your use of AI Tech Doctor. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

What AI Tech Doctor Does

AI Tech Doctor checks your device for common issues and provides suggestions to help you fix them. It also includes an AI assistant that can answer questions about your device.

Important Limitations

AI Guidance Is Not a Guarantee

The AI assistant provides automated suggestions based on your scan data and general troubleshooting knowledge. It is not a substitute for professional technical support.

• AI responses may be incomplete or not applicable to your specific situation
• Diagnostic results are limited by what your device allows apps to access
• Some measurements are estimated, not directly measured
• Following AI suggestions is at your own discretion and risk

Platform Limitations

Different devices provide different levels of access to system information. The app clearly labels what is measured, estimated, or unavailable.

Usage Limits

To ensure fair access for all users, the AI assistant is subject to daily message limits:

• Free accounts: 5 AI messages per day
• Pro accounts: 50 AI messages per day
• Limits reset at midnight local time

We reserve the right to adjust these limits and to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Subscriptions

• Payment is processed through Apple App Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends
• Manage or cancel in your device's App Store settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their standard policies

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls
• Use the app in ways that damage, disable, or overload our backend systems
• Reverse-engineer or modify the app to circumvent restrictions

Limitation of Liability

AI Tech Doctor is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated advice or for changes you make to your device based on app suggestions.
