Is the app free?
Yes. AI Tech Doctor is free to download and use. The free tier includes 5 AI chat messages per day, device diagnostics, and health scores. Pro unlocks unlimited chats, breach checking, spam checking, and more.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find AI Tech Doctor, and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. You can also manage your subscription from within the app in Settings > Manage Subscription.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Go to Settings > Restore Purchases in the app. This will check your Apple ID for any active subscriptions.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also email us at support@aitechdoctor.com to request deletion. Learn more.
Does the app store my AI conversations?
No. Your chat messages exist only in your device's memory during the current session. When you close the app, all messages are cleared. We do not store conversation content on our servers after generating a response.
Do I need an account?
No. The app works fully without an account. Creating an account is optional and prepares you for future cloud sync features.
What permissions does the app need?
The app requests location access (to identify your Wi-Fi network), notification permission (for device health alerts), and tracking permission (for ad personalisation, which you can decline). The app does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or browsing data.
Is the AI advice safe to follow?
The AI provides general troubleshooting suggestions, not professional technical support. Always verify before making significant changes to your device, especially anything involving data deletion or settings changes.
